HP TouchPad, Once sellers iPad Tablet

TouchPad, Palm-based tablet PC's HP, it is the best-selling computer tablet, particularly in the U.S. market after Apple iPad during the first 10 months in the year 2011. The data revealed by the latest report released by NPD Group research institute.

Ironically, TouchPad, is a product which is considered failed by HP and its production will not be forwarded.

In his report, Stephen Baker, vice president of Industry Analysis NPD said, 67 percent of users who buy non-Apple tablet actually have no intention to buy the iPad. "This indicates that many users are looking for alternatives in the market and an opportunity for players to expand their business tablet," he said.

Still, there are serious competitors who are ready to halt its producers to successfully compete in the tablet industry. One of the other players are expected to reap success is the Amazon Kindle that has begun marketing the Fire, their latest tablet PC.

According to a survey conducted by ChangeWave Research of the 3043 tablet PC users in North America, it is known that although 65 percent of them plan to buy the iPad, but there are 22 percent who would choose the Kindle Fire.
